*Concurrent Licenses allow you to license only those computers in a lab situation that would be used at any one time. Example: A lab contains 50 computers... if only 35 computers are ever used at one time, then you may purchase 35 concurrent licenses and load the program on all 50 computers. If, however, a 36th person uses that program at any one time, you would be out of compliance with the license agreement. This type of license is rarely purchased, but it could save money if you are certain that only a limited number of machines will be used at any one time in a computer lab.
**Maintenance gives the customer unlimited upgrades until the date indicated. Maintenance should be ordered in an equal quantity as the license order, although this is not mandatory. Maintenance can be added to current existing licenses until August 31, 2006. For Adobe CLP contract orders, all maintenance expires on the same date and the prices are prorated accordingly.
